十岁的林博因父母闹离婚，欲争夺他的抚养权，在不知情的情况下被母亲李东霞送到了农村的姑姥姥李凤香家寄住。城市孩子初到小山村的种种不适，优越感使其产生情感上的隔阂，与脾气秉性不和的姑姥姥间的不和谐，因遥控汽车与村中男孩儿小旺之间引发的风波，短短的山村生活波澜不断，但林博也因善良的天性，主动帮助生活困难的小亮，继而收获了友谊与赞扬。 随着时间的流失，情感的交融，当林博要离开小山村的时候，已经对这里的一切恋恋不舍了……。Tin Men is one of my favorite movies of all time. The thing that always strikes me whenever I watch this movie is that while the characters of Richard Dreyfuss and Danny DeVito are seemingly feuding non-stop throughout the movie, in reality they are actually kindred spirits. It's like they see themselves in the other but don't really like what they see. Barbara Hershey is great...。
