学園ヴァンガード！？ この物語の主人公・先導アイチが葛木カムイ、戸倉ミサキとチームを組みVFアジアサーキットを制してからはや数か月・・・中学生だったアイチは高校生になっていた。 アイチの通う学校は優秀な生徒たちが集まる名門として知られる宮地学園高等部。ヴァンガードを介して友達となった森川カツミや井崎ユウタといった同級生たちは別の高校に進学し、アイチは孤独な環境で高校生活をスタートする。 入学した当初は慣れない環境に戸惑ってばかりのアイチだったが、馴染みのカードショップ「カードキャピタル」の仲間である櫂トシキや三和タイシたちのアドバイスを受け、学校生活を充実させるため、アイチは学校にヴァンガードをする部活「カードファイト部」を作ろうとする。。Christmas 1944.
