Somewhere in Myanmar is a forest rich in amber and controlled by the Kachin Independence Army (KIA). Most of its inhabitants work in a mine, digging the earth night and days in the hope of finding the precious ore that will get them out of poverty. But on top of the excruciating hardship of the work, they also have to fear an attack from the army.。在繁忙的超级市场内发生爆炸，警方炸弹组发现最近找到的炸弹几乎都是同一款式，于是成立一个专案小组专门调查。Peter（刘青云 饰）与John（黄秋生 饰）都是拆炸弹的专家，都拥有众多的女朋友。某天两人同时在酒吧认识了女侍应Mary（关咏荷 饰），也同时爱上了Mary。一次三人喝醉后竟然睡在了同一张床上，之后Mary怀孕了，却不知道谁才是孩子的爸爸。Peter跟John都认为自己就是孩子的父亲，都开始重视女友也重视自己。但炸弹狂徒却被拆弹专家在电视上的讲话刺激了，决定了下一个目标就是这两个拆弹专家……。数百条大白鲨出现在美国最受欢迎的旅游目的地之一的门口，并开始以前所未有的方式进行狩猎。一群科学家正在研究这种不寻常的现象。。
