露比（斋藤彩夏配音）是一只快乐的生活在魔法王国之中的宝石宠物，即将进入魔法学校就读的它却在一开始的入学测试之中就失败了，为了能够继续留在学校之中，露比必须潜入人间，找到那个独一无二的和自己心灵相通的女孩子，带着她一起进入学校深造。 就这样，露比来到了人间，并且顺利的邂逅了自己的真命天女樱明（高森奈津美配音），除了这个天真可爱善良活泼的小姑娘外，露比还结识了很多的人类伙伴——沉默寡言却外冷内热的神内佑马（立花慎之介配音）、个性孤僻实际上非常善良的阿鲁玛（高本惠配音）和无论何时都能保持乐观的米莉亚（竹达彩奈配音）。。Ilija is a member of the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) somewhere in Central Bosnia in late 1993.
