In the movie we see people rushing to save their lives and gradually it becomes a global phenomena that has ability to enfulf the whole globe。北城兵马司副指挥使武川在押送案犯“花千海”时被宋轩劫走，因失职被革职贬为更夫。武川心有不甘，暗中追查宋轩下落，却在准备抓捕时卷入一起惊天大案。二人遭追杀后被迫联手，最终协助五城兵马司破获案件。。
