soraの同名マンガをもとにした本作は、無気力でギャンブル中毒の“クズ教師”・灰葉仁（はいばじん）と成績優秀なネガティブ女子高生・落合扇言（おちあいみこと）の関係を軸に描かれるローテンションラブコメディ。失恋を苦に学校の屋上から飛び降りようとしていた扇言に、灰葉が「死ぬ前に俺と恋愛しない？」と言って自殺を思い止まらせたことから物語は展開していく。。Six month after the first season concluded, the Russian occupation still holds Norway in a firm grip. In the first episode of the second season we follow the steps to form an exile government, and the negotiations with EU and Russia in the wake of a military confrontation at a gas plant。
