清朝末年，蒙古青年人孟和随义父博音在京城作生意，草原的巴哈王爷欲霸占孟和未婚妻，勾结京城张王爷加害他们父子，事情败露巴哈派人烧死了博音之妻，孟和与清风父女学武功，发誓回乡报仇，孟和与清风之女龙霞再返草原，杀敌酋报血仇，草原悲歌一曲。。Roscoe and Buster operate a combination garage and fire station. In the first half they destroy a car left for them to clean. In the second half they go off on a false alarm and return to find their own building on fire.。
