The gate to the Kingdom is opening once more…。叶臻（石雨晴饰）是一位小有名气的女明星，即将和未婚夫秦明携手步入婚礼的殿堂。可是，就在这个节骨眼上，秦明竟然和叶臻的妹妹叶琳双双在他们的婚房里自杀身亡。现场没有留下任何踪迹，只有一枚血淋淋的二维码纹身散发着不详的气息。 叶臻坚定的相信自己的未婚夫不可能自杀，这一切的背后肯定另有隐情，于是，她决定独自展开对案件的调查。叶臻搬进了如今已经成为凶宅的婚房里居住，因为腹中已有了秦明的孩子，所以叶臻聘请了保姆小媛来照顾自己。住进婚房之后，诡异的事情接二连三的发生，叶臻和秦明的魂魄也出现在了凶宅之中。。
