传说，遥远的北方有明月国与赤乌国，长期对峙，连年征战。是年，明月国的蔷萍公主与少将军周世琰在宫中一同甜蜜表演皮影戏时，意外卷入一桩阴谋，随之，一段虐心的三角爱情故事娓娓道来。故事巧妙地运用传统技艺“皮影戏”贯穿了男女主人公的爱情主线。皮影牵连着他们的情缘，也承载着他们的爱恨情仇；皮影既是两个人的定情物，又是他们自己的化身。乱世之中，他们将何去何从？。A group of young offenders are delivered to an island for a week of character building exercises after one of their fellow inmates commits suicide.. It all goes horribly wrong when they realise that there′s someone else on the island who has a pack of dogs and a crossbow with which to hunt them down.。
