火神降世为人名华光，与桃花仙子李雪君因相爱而同遭天谴，变成虎犬，后又遭心术不正、勾结大魔神的独角神所害而死，所幸得日仙和月仙相助才能重生为人，借着观音的除魔大法，合群神鬼凡人之力，除魔降妖……。Speedy" loses his job as a soda-jerk, then spends the day with his girl at Coney Island. He then becomes a cab driver and delivers Babe Ruth to Yankee Stadium, where he stays to see the game. When the railroad tries to run the last horse-drawn trolley (operated by his girl's grandfather) out of business, "Speedy" organizes the neighborhood oldtimers to thwart their scheme.。
