Beto is a lonely man who works as Ranger of the isolated Peninsula Valdes' National Park (Chubut, Argentina). Lover of the nature and animals, the peace of his days watching orcas, seals and sea lions in the sea ends after the arrival of Lola, a Spanish mother who travels there from Madrid with his autistic 11 years old son Tristán looking for Beto after both watch him in a doc...。夜幕降临，有着不同生活和经历的人们鱼贯而入，坐进了飞往东京的太平洋航空7500次航班的机舱。喜怒哀乐，不经意流露出来。他们有的正为外遇左右为难，有的正经历婚变，有的寡廉鲜耻渴望一场艳遇，有的为可能到来的意外怀孕担忧，有的自顾自沉浸在蜜月的浪漫中不管他人。少顷，飞机起飞，谁知不久遭遇一阵强气流，结果一名衣冠楚楚、正襟危坐的男子心脏病突发，虽经众人抢救，却不幸猝死机上。经过和地面的短暂交涉后，机组人员将上层机舱腾出来，把尸体暂时安置在那里。 似乎以此为开端，接下来的八小时内，恐怖诡异的气氛在飞机内蔓延，各怀心事的乘客和机组人员经历着人生最重大的变故……。
