It’s 2011 and we’re in Rome. The government is on the verge of collapse, the Vatican is at crisis point and the city’s squares are quite literally on fire. In the middle world, Cinaglia (Filippo Nigro) has tried to pick up where Samurai left off and, together with Badali (Emmanuele Aita), he is still managing the city’s criminal affairs, with the help of Adelaide (Paola Sotgiu)...。本作は、深川所属の芸能プロダクション「株式会社テンカラット」が設立25周年という節目に熊澤監督とタッグを組み、制作を企画したもの。『ユリゴコロ』や『ごっこ』でメガホンを取った熊澤監督が、自身の小説『おもいで写眞』（幻冬舎文庫）を実写映画化。“人が生きる豊かさと年を重ねる美しさ”をテーマに、夢に敗れ故郷へ戻った主人公・結子（深川）が祖父の残した写真館で遺影写真を撮り始め、その中で成長していく様を描き出す。。
