《星光》包含“扶老”“助残”“救孤”“济困”4个篇章，以福彩公益受助者的真实故事为基础，以艺术的方式加深受众对福彩公益的认知。 “扶老”篇章——《幸福的公式》讲述福彩公益帮助留守老人跟上时代脚步，找到自己的“幸福密码”的故事；“助残”篇章——《中奖》讲述福彩帮助一名小儿麻痹症患者克服种种困难最终成为自食其力的福彩销售站店主后，他又将这种爱心进行传递、帮助创业失败的年轻人重整旗鼓的故事；“救孤”篇章——《安心》讲述在福利院工作人员和同学的帮助下，一个失去家人的小男孩走出阴霾，收获“另一个家”的故事；“济困”篇章——《阳光背后》讲述福彩公益帮助贫困人士找回自信坚定前行的故事。。《神探可伦坡》第十三季共由以下五集组成：Strange Bedfellows、A Trace of Murder、Ashes to Ashes、Murder with Too Many Notes、Columbo Likes the Nightlife，这五集实际上是五部特别篇，分别于1995—2003年间推出。。Celebrates the remarkable comeback of one of the world's most iconic animals.
