中华小当家，（日文：中华一番!，漫画连载后期改为：真中华一番!），又译中华一番！或中华小厨师，是1997年至1999年于日本少年Magazine周刊连载，由小川悦司的漫画作品，此外并有动画版本发行播出。其内容主要描写中国四川省的年轻厨师刘昂星（注意：非刘“昴”星；外号阿昂，台湾动画播出时译为小当家）学习厨艺，到广州阳泉酒家修行，获得特级厨师（漫画中虚构的中国料理界的最高地位）资格，结交许多对于厨艺有志一同的朋友，及最后与“黑暗料理界”对抗过程的冒险漫画。。Unging leaves her scamming life helping her stepfather scam people to go to Bangkok in search for her real father. There, she meets Pe who helped her briefly before they parted ways. She later finds out that Pe was in fact the owner of an anti-scammer page, a page that deals with scammers all over Thailand.
