Chris, gradually taken over by the personality of the witch in the painting that she resembles, allies herself with two other reincarnated witches to plan James' death, as he proves to be a descendant of the man responsible for the witches' f...。1998年，山东青年刘承强和同乡高明相约来到首都北京。已去海南发展的表哥小软将自己承包过的小巴托给承强，在小巴老板陆建刚的帮助下，二人在郊区找到落脚之处，也顺利地成为了小巴302线的司乘人员。建刚哥为人仗义，但同在一条营运线的大头和大英子出于利益的关系，处处与强子和小明作对，双方为此曾大打出手。在此期间，他们结识了同住一个院子的四川女孩小辫子，高明更与她日久生情，而强子则喜欢上了小巴上的常客丽娟。 经过一番努力，两人经营的小巴逐渐有了起色，甚至引来电视台的关注。与此同时，大头对他们的排挤也越来越厉害，这两个外地青年在北京的闯荡之路无比艰难……。
