医科大学新生善花（韩智敏）、启范（吴泰景）、忠石（温朱万）、京敏、志英和银珠被分到同一小组上解剖课，在解剖教室，面对来历不明的女尸，众人表现大相径庭，尤以优等生银珠和“万人迷”忠石反应最为突出，前者紧张尖叫转身离开，后者饶有兴致地拿起手机拍下尸体身上的老土纹身。 银珠为战胜自己，深夜只身潜进解剖教室，被杀，当众人把怀疑的目光落在将银珠当情敌的志英身上时，志英不久也死于解剖教室，因为亲见志英的挣扎，京敏疯掉。意识到一切皆被神秘力量操纵后，善花、启范和忠石为自救，开始联手欲揭开噩梦真相。。Someone downloads an app on your phone behind your back. It looks like an augmented reality game, but soon you realize it's an app that connects to the world of the dead, which allows you to see the dead through the camera of the phone.
