该片讲述禁毒队长秦子枫在逮捕越境毒枭过程中，在一个废旧仓库发现了之前逮捕行动中逃脱的毒贩“二马”的尸体。为破获这起案件，秦子枫孤身一人来到芒勐查案，并遇到了卧底在贩毒集团多年的高级线人——哥哥秦子桦。互不知情的两兄弟反目为敌、大打出手。而为了给亲弟弟“二马”报仇，神秘的毒枭老大用尽各种残酷的手段折磨着他们……。一夥人到一個别墅裏進行兄弟會的入會測驗中途某人被邪靈附身開始殺害他的朋友後來此邪靈更是破肚而出開始滥殺無辜。 本片中有些殺人鏡頭還算不錯。Gilbert Gonzalez (Adrian Martinez), feels isolated from the world.
