This unconventional late-night series from artist/filmmaker Terence Nance (An Oversimplification of Her Beauty) blends scripted segments, documentary, musical performances, and animation to paint a picture of "the beauty and ugliness of contemporary American life." Guests include Whoopi Goldberg, Gillian Jacobs, Paul Sparks, and Dominique Fishback.。Restoration carried out by the National Museum of Singapore and the World Cinema Foundation. In association with the Konfiden Foundation and Kineforum Jakarta Arts Council. The film was restored from the original print kept at the Indonesian Cinematheque. Special thanks to the family of Usmar Ismail.。
