Mekong Hotel shot during the flood, intertwines the destruction, politics and drifting dream of future.。工作至上的書豪(洪永城飾)，帶着女友Amy(譚凱琪飾)到台灣簽合約順帶旅遊，他還精心安排一場求婚，Amy卻在當下表明要結束這段關係並自行回港。心煩意亂的書豪繼續行程，卻因火車過站而走到鳥不生蛋的地方，遇到自稱導遊的阿傑(林師傑飾)熱情幫助。書豪沒想到這是倒楣的開始！簽約不成還遭解僱的書豪身無分文，在奉天宮遇到賣飲料的嬌嬌(戴祖儀飾)，並瞬間愛上了她，就在書豪決定告白時，更大的災難隨之降臨……。以在某个书店漫画区工作的「骷髅」店员本田作为主角，描绘他的工作日常爆笑喜剧。。
