刘刚在一次公司组织的郊游中，听了一位李老头的故事，说在死亡谷可以看到清朝人，后来他竟然真的被在空间重叠后的明朝人绑架了!侥幸逃脱后，无人相信。直到他找到了异想天开杂志社的记者高硕和梁浩文。三个素不相识的人组成了死亡谷考察队，希望找回梁浩文(男主角)在虫洞现象消失的弟弟，探求死亡谷的秘密。在当地村民高伟的带领下，他们来到了死亡谷，结果很快进入了时空怪圈，由此开启了惊心动魄的故故事。。梅尔文，一个过得并不如意的超能力者，围绕着女人跟毒品而生活，直到他意识到这样下去无法见到渐渐疏远的儿子，他开始展示他潜在的能力并利用超能力打击罪恶。。The comedy plot unfolds around two totally different families: the Drahomanov working in culture and the Nalyvaychenko who are local businessmen.
