2016年10月より上演され好評を博した同名舞台に新たなストーリー＆キャストを加えて映画化。非日常の世界で殺人ゲームに参加することになった少女たちの決死の闘いを描く。舞台版に続き主演を務めるNMB48の市川美織を筆頭に、次代を担う総勢40名の女優が集結。さまざまなコスチュームをまとい、切れ味抜群のアクションを披露する。ある日の放課後、門脇瀬名はハンカチを返すため、屋上で憑対弓立を待っていたが居眠りをしてしまった。目を覚ますと、彼女は暗くなった学校に閉じ込められていた。校内は電波も届かず電話も通じない。瀬名は手を切断されて苦しんでいる女子生徒を発見し……。The first 24 hours as an MFA.
