The movie centers around Brindsley Forde's character blue. He fronts a reggae sound system based in west London. The movie captures the trials and tribulations of young black youths in troubled London in the early eighties.。仙童苏悠悠奉天帝之命下凡助力天命之人墨羽扭转大恒倾覆命运。苏悠悠化身三岁小太后，在宫中遇到被妖妃叶诗雨迫害的墨羽，从此助他化解磨难，在祭祖大典上应对天狗食日，在万国朝贡时解决苗疆难题。后来墨羽被诬陷引发疫病，苏悠悠表明仙童身份，引来仙泉救人。
