这是一个黑暗动乱的时代，凤凰是这个时代最后的猎魔人，以猎杀城市中的邪灵妖魔为己任。在漫长的猎魔旅途中，结识了若梦，哈雷，静美三个好姐妹，组成了女神联盟，清扫城市中的污秽。彼时的城市中出现了吸血魔，野狼会的仇凌风被血魔所咬后为凤凰所救，一番探寻后猎魔者们得知，血魔的出现和蛊毒有关。为了寻找蛊毒的破解方法，猎魔者们前往广西拜访巫祝—巫马桑……。特别编“AIR in Summer”于2005年8月28日和9月4日于BS-i放映。 AIR “Summer”编的故事在2005年1月6日的版本中已经包含，“Summer”编动画故事内容长度比游戏的故事短了很多，其中多半是被删减或压缩。由于播出时大受欢迎，而决定推出特别编“AIR in Summer”填补原电视动画版的空间。 故事是在原TV版第8话中段开始接轨，加插了大量柳也、神奈和里叶出发去寻找妈妈的旅途中所发生的事情。该OVA包含了游戏Summer篇涵盖所有的内容（Summer篇本身为单线无选择），有认为该部分表现力比之游戏原作更为精彩，为整部动画添色不少。。Sean (O'Dowd) is the imaginary friend of 10-year-old Martin Moone, the youngest child of a family living in a small town in Ireland.
