1980年代，南方某特区。运输公司第七修理小组聚集着全公司的“废品”，他们破罐破摔，整日喝酒打发时光。一天，刘敏（陈锐 饰）带公司宣传队开赴“废品”小组，平日懒散的肥翁（王忠超 饰）似打了兴奋剂，一厢情愿地爱上了宣传队员王幼纯（余娅 饰），而平日里嘴巴不离女人的天来（曹克明 饰）更是喜形于色。自尊好强的许明珠（林晓杰 饰）不屑与这帮无赖为伍，但刘敏决心借此机会改变第七小组的精神面貌。刘的举措得罪了人称“侠客”的吴滋安（张康尔 饰），最终导致“拳脚事件”，但刘敏正义刚直的性格受到众人的尊崇。深爱刘敏的许明珠劝他离开这个事非之地，刘敏拒绝了......。Inspired by actual California desert occult activity, MAN’s SON centers around a young couple who travel to the desert to create an authentic audition tape for an up-and-coming Charles Manson film.
