Special thanks to the family of Usmar Ismail.。上世纪30年代的汕头，王历文在执行任务的过程中意外重逢昔年好友陈家栋，两兄弟联手调查隐秘任务，神秘人的出现打乱了原本的计划。随着调查深入，兄弟二人之间的角力日渐明显。暴风已至，漩涡中的每个人都在竭力扳回一局……。
