戴禄宝（黄百鸣 饰）是一个爱吃醋的小男人，偏巧老婆小娴（钟楚红 饰）又如花似玉，美艳动人，害得他时时提防，处处小心，生怕被绿帽子砸到脑袋。而周遭形势又分外险恶，戴的老板和同事无一不对小娴垂涎三尺。 每每吃醋时，戴禄宝便感胸口疼痛，他去好友Peter的诊所检查，阴差阳错竟以为自己得了乳腺癌，还有不到半年的活头。他绝望至极，反倒改掉了胆小、抠门的毛病。唯一让他担心的是，自己这一死就让老婆无人照顾。戴和最佳损友蔡森（岑建勋 饰）商量，决定亲自为小娴找一个合适的丈夫……。Birdcatcher Esmar and his wife Johanna face eviction from their farm in Gásadalur unless they have a son. Desperation sets in when Johanna gives birth to their third daughter. Pushed to the brink, Johanna is impregnated by another man, a French Captain, and gives birth to a son, known as ‘the birdcatcher’s son’. Everything seems perfect until the French Captain returns.。
