《天朝小吃二三事》是一部以小吃为原型打造的架空世界观的短动画故事，世界还是那个世界，但原住民并不是人类，而是各地的小吃。小吃们不仅根据食材与口味的不同有着自己的个性，而且也具备着各地的民风与文化特色。和人类社会一样，小吃们也会乘坐交通工具去往世界其他国家地区....这群从而每天都在上演着喜怒哀乐的日常故事，同时也有着因地域不同而产生的文化碰撞……。Phoebe and fellow American Julian Peters meet in Rome, find a lost dog, and agree to return it to Monte Carlo to split the five thousand dollar reward. Discovering the dog's owner dead, they panic and become fugitives. Other victims of misfortune also become suspects, as the plot twists and luck and judgment desert everyone.。
