阿尼姆斯是男性的偶像，阿尼玛是女性的偶像，一直看着美丽的东西长大的姐姐和弟弟在追求真美的过程中，也是在各自追求彼此的阿尼姆斯和阿尼玛。本片的导演是29岁的唯美派新锐女导演齐藤玲子，受维恩分离画派大师克里姆多的杰作《接吻》启发，制作出这部唯美主义的作品，让有着独特存在感的两位主角很自然地把一对美丽的姐弟演出来。。俨如酷刑的疾病煎熬，彻底改变了小康之家三口子的安稳生活……小女孩昌子（若命真裕子饰）在填海区玩泥沙时感染了破伤风，这个死亡率极高的重病令昌子身体不时抽搐，连口也张不开。被女儿咬伤指头的父亲昭（渡濑恒彦饰）一边承受被感染的恐惧，一边照顾女儿；母亲邦江（十朱幸代饰）看着爱女接受各种痛苦的治疗方法，精神开始出现问题，一家三口活在死亡的阴霾下。。A documentary potted history of WW2, the novelty here is that most of the film has been "colorized". The maker does not like to use this word and prefers to say "restored" but to all intents and purposes it is seeing the war in colour that makes it more gory and emotional.
