剧情描绘围绕警视总监宝座的权力游戏。警视厅搜查共助课的理事官上条涟（玉木宏饰）因童年时期的某件事而渴望获得权力。涟认为自己所属派系的高层成为警视总监是成功的捷径，不管多么肮脏的工作都毫不犹豫地进行着。。Lucio, a prestigious university professor of literature, takes a course at a school in the area where he grew up, in the suburbs of Buenos Aires.
