本片讲述了《山海经》等古籍中极具个性色彩的八只妖怪。每集以“妖怪”在过往历史中的文字记载作为基本背景，采用动态漫画场景再现及真人访谈、讲述相结合的形式，带领观众一起感受我国古人了不起的想象力，体会传统文化的魅力，看到中国人充满力量的精神内核。。一個破咗產喺人生低谷嘅賤男人（王宗堯飾），一個迷茫又渴求解脫嘅自作賤女人（吳凱欣飾），同一個只係想委曲求存卑賤生活嘅市井男人（陳炳銓飾），佢哋三個走埋一齊，想炸爆個公廁宣洩一下，最後反而殺死咗自己。之後故仔再倒轉頭講返佢哋三位點解會變得咁賤。。Marta is a romantic and a school victim of fate.
