讲述了四名亚裔美国女性在穿越亚洲去寻找自己的亲生母亲时，是如何建立联系并发现了解和爱自己意味着什么的真相。。故事以纪录片的方式展开，一队纪录片摄制组采访了一位深居简出的疯人画家，但之后他们发现这位疯子似乎人间蒸发了，而他们这部纪录片成为解谜的关键。而片尾疯子那句“我们到底谁才是疯子？”令人颇感神秘。。Ok, folks, this is my last Ishii upload. Totsugeki! Hakata gurentai is his first feature and last 8mm film. Haven't watched it yet myself, but from the looks of it, this is very much reminescent of eighties and nineties v-cinema, sort of like early Miike (only made in 1978). There is considerably more dialogue than in his earlier films, but it doesn't seem too complicated plotw...。
